We must congratulate ACTV for once again totally F... up a great news release. We must congratulate Mark Rosen (PR agent) for once again collecting his fee and not doing his part. How come this news is out 4 AM and first 12 noon it hits the wires, we need this trainee to step down.

That's a communication war.

It is smart from ACTV's competitors to try to make a lot of noise when their main opponent has the best opportunity to convince the public.

Earlier, I posted:

These comments are still valid, I think.

ACTV really needs to hire a good PR firm to swim with the sharks.

Finally, IATV's movements are obviously suspect.
It seems clear that IATV befriends Wall Street, maybe leaking news before they are released to the general public.

Now, someone is also selling in the demand. Who?
Retail investors? I don't think so.
Institutional investors? That's possible. If too much money is getting out of their funds, managers may have to sell stocks they recently bought.
ACTV? Perhaps.

Brief, there are some strange games going on.
However, in the long run, ACTV should be successful, provided that they learn to make the most of their market position.
