Truedog, NATO's actions in Kosovo was a victory over tyranny and told future despots in NATO's sphere, who might consider genocide, that they could only proceed with NATO's bombs up their arses.

Does it hurt your feelings to call NATO's victory a victory? What more did you want? NATO beat back the Serbs (with a little help from the KLA <g>) and NATO is helping the Kosovars back to their land.

If nothing more, NATO's humanitarian efforts to provide food, shelter and medicine for hundreds of thousands of unfortunate refugees makes NATO the moral victors! Or, do you want to curse NATO for providing food and shelter to the refugees?

Truedog, NATO did not have any combat fatalities. How many killed and wounded Serbs?

Even so, I guess you consider this as part of NATO's lack of victory. <g>
