I never got suckered into the 8-track tape mania, cause I had a cassette deck in my car, right from the onset. After all, the songs used to get interrupted at the end of the 8 track tapes, and then be continued on the other side. That was truly dumb, and I was amazed that music companies would issue them that way. It was only to save manufacturing costs on the raw tape, fractions of a penny, at best...
Nope, don't miss 8 tracks at all.....
