I take it that you are buying in the US and I am in Canada that is why we are talking different %s. In some ways I could not agree with you more. I think that we are approaching one of the best investment opportunities in history but the darkest night is just before the dawn. You can learn from history and I guess we just disagree as to timing here Companies like GRE scare me right now because they just might not make it but I wish you all the best and hope that GRE thrives.
