Art: Just trying to get a handle on the competition. From what I've read, ACTV doesn't appear to be the kind of company to go to court to protect its intellectual property. They prefer to license. Therefore, when someone announces a product that may compete directly, then I get concerned. Who is to say that some company not only bests ACTV's technology but has much deeper products to take this puppy down. Nobody knows what's going on behind the scenes and the complacency that I see here for those longs thinking that everything is AOK concerns me. And the amateur management doesn't help either. Now I'm long and holding and hoping, but this company has missed by a wide mile before on launches and I'm not so sure they won't miss again. I understand the ball is not in their court when it comes to launch-time, but then again, AT&T bailed Malone out of TCI while everyone in the cable industry knew he was extremely slow to upgrade TCI's 2-way plant for broadband cable. So he's been known to miss a few things and if the launch is missed, mis-timed, etc., this puppy goes down big. You'll be okay having bought in the low single digits - others will be burned bigtime. So I'm real cautious right now especially after today's action. There is tremendous overhead resistance and something better happen relatively soon or the technicals will break down and so will the stock price. Good luck to you. jmanvegas
