Osprey Thanks and since it's after trading hours, all discussions of merit are open...

re: AMS/vse

First of all this is supposed to be a deal in the works that is a couple of weeks away...

This thread is dedicated to 5 day maximum MOMO holds, therefore this company doesn't even warrant mentioning here until said MOMO occurs...I define MOMO as a stock that is trading volume (more than 250K) accompanied by some sort of share value movement, whether it be up or down, doesn't matter, 'cause one can profit from price movement in either direction...

Re: AMS... So they want to go internet...So what... They got no money, but what they do have is printing presses that can raise them money...2.2m shares at .16 will give them about 350K in the bank... Anything over that .16 the insider's get to keep...

Re: the Internet... They can acquire the bizz in one of 2 ways...

1)Issue more stock at what???.... 0.15????.... So now you got more paper available at .15 on top of what is already available... Bigger Wall I'd say...

2) Last but not least... Exercise all the existing options and pay cash for the site... Huuuuuummmmmm!!!... The problem with that one is that there will be no mo money left in the till for the insider's to get their paychecks...

I'd say it's probably gonna be a combination of both 1 and 2...

Whack out the options to get some money in the till ASAP, so's there is some cash flow for insider wages and perks, then issue a whack of cheap paper to acquire the e-commerce site, therefor causing more dilution in the company...

Maybe it's got a shot at a dime at some future date... But not today...
