D.Long, My friend is a executive level recruiter. She says that Houston is the most difficult place to get people to leave once they've located there....Second most difficult is Minneapolis, Minnesota.... And we also should not forget Houston's world famous Medical Center with 68 Hospitals many world reknowned in cancer, heart disease, burn treatment, and childhood diseases in just a small area near Rice University- checks in over 62,000 patients daily.... So gator keep your "precious" ski areas up in that former Province of Texas known as Colorado, heh-heh...
