Well, there's another hypocrite. I insist before someone preaches at me that he declare his belief in his god as convincingly as he can. Jesus's refusal to give a sign led reasonable religious people who had studied the holy scriptures to reject him and eventually to kill him. How could Jesus blame his killers, when he could have convinced them with a single lightning bolt. A circle of crispy pharisees would have convinced me, especially garnished with some Roman soldiers and priests. Jesus wouldn't turn him hand.
