I think that is the reason why so many companies are trying to merge with others...

How about SEEK? Deal with Disney... If the search engine happens to fall DIS could be in for some serious problems. Considering that multi-million dollar lawsuit settlment a little while ago and universal studios opening up a kid park they could possibly face a major setback soon.

Any opinion on DIS short/long term movement?

James Strauss: The congestion area for AOL is at 75. It has a good chance of bouncing from there, at least a dead cat bounce.
