zalesky, If the deal is bad for DCLK (as the market seems to think), blocking the deal will only help the equity price. (Remember LCOS?) Personally, I think that the deal is long term good for the company and hope that it will not be blocked. -BGR.

To all DCLK shareholders and prospective shareholders.... It has been a while since I posted here about DCLK, But I have come into some information about a company that is not public yet, it is only 2 months old, and yet it is now officially the fastest growing internet company in the history of the world by growth in membership base. Even I am already a member because the potential is just too great for me to throw away. The reason why I am a bit concerned is because this company may, given continued membership momentum, pose serious threats to the fundamental basis of DCLK's business and other businesses that base their income on advertiser payout. I own shares in DCLK and stood by the belief that the company is a very solid long term hold...but now this belief is being challenged by this new information. You may not have heard of the company I am talking about yet, but that is only because it is in its earliest stages of growth... Incidentally, if this company ever goes public, it could be one of the most gargantuan ipos of the millenium... Now here is the problem, I cannot really tell you specifically the name of the company I am talking about, nor give you a website to go to on this board because then I will be accused of spamming the board, and I do not want to be accused of that at all. So if you guys have any suggesstions as to how I can get the word out let me know... Tom
