Hmmmm-

I heard the same rumor a couple of weeks ago, only it was the telephone company wanting to charge long-distance rates for logging on to the net. Immediately, I put on my banshee-bitch hat and wrote to my congresswoman. I got no reply.

Now I think it's an urban legend, but my hat is ready for the next one...
