Jacalyne,

Mike Langdon has asked me to post this message to you on this board.

For your information may I say that I have no reason to doubt any of what Mike has said to you or posted on any board. When information is received Mike passes it on. It appears that he then gets flamed for doing so. Either you want the information or you don't. I do not want to get embroiled in a transatlantic argument and I will not take sides. But it seems that there is far too much speculation going on.

Do I understand that there are still people saying that XSNI is not X-stream? Anyone in that position really ought to put their money in a piggy bank and leave stocks to the real investors..

Kind Regards

Jonathan

Jacalyn
I have always been helpful to you in ther past but kindly tell me what
you mean by the following message that you recently posted on the siliconinvestor site?

I AM NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS DIRECTED TOWARDS ME.

"LEHMANS IS NOT INVOLVED; THEY ARE AS FAR AWAY FROM IT
AS CAN BE - Rumball is small time if anytime contacted at all in
this particular action; just sniffed it out first is all; unknown millions of shares - you got that right;

For Mike Langdon, I cannot speak but try to call Greg Cavuhlo, XSNI
Operations Secretary and try to get those answers, and good luck.

For the xstream link to Langdon, go to his company website in
Wales:

Fireworld (North Wales) Ltd at www.fireworld.co.uk you will find a direct link to xsni and fc.com - tied at the hip you suggested somewhere in that post - could be - pretty close to the action on Hemscott and was told to shut up just before trading of this stock started in the US. Evidence some emails to me and the lack of posts since the SHUT UP date."

What the hell do you mean by "tied at the hip".
I have a link from www.fireworld.co.uk to XSNI's free internet service
as the service they offer is damn good and I want others to share it.
Is there anything wrong with that?

I have not been posting on hemscott about XSNI as when I do I get
bombarded by e mails from people thinking I am on the "inside" when I am not.

XSNI is the stock symbol for X-STREAM NETWORK INC.
X-Stream technologies is the company that merged with Mega Com.

Lehman's have nearly completed their stratgeic review.
If someone like yourself calls their offices in London do you seriously expect them to divulge confidential info ?

I can tell you for a fact that there will be an IPO but these things
take time.

I notice also you think Manning is up to something by getting an OTC BB listing so that Mega Com holders can offload shares from 30June.

I can tell you for a fact that if Manning wanted a listing on the OTC BB he would have done so soon after XSNI was formed in Feb98.

The fact of the matter is XSNI DO NOT WANT the current OTC BB listing
and have applied to NASD to have it stopped.
It is the market makers in the USA who started trading the shares as a
purely speculaitve venture.

If I was you I would stop speculating about every thing under the sun on the siliconinvestor site and wait for Lehman's to report.
I look forward to your reply.

Mike Langdon
