I always believed that you get what you pay for. If this deal will have no material impact on WAVC, TTI can't be worth much. Why can't they tell us more about the cost of this acquisition?

They buy a "leader" in one of today's hottest industries and they get it for less than 10% of WAVC's stock. Are there any rules for the use of the word "leader" in NRs? I guess shareholders do not have a right to know what they are buying.
