Emilg, it appears that you are the one not making sense. First off you are quoting two passages over 6 months apart that are not really related with respect to the point you are trying to make. In fact at the time that the September post was made the reverse merger for PRWT was not complete. It had not been voted on by the shareholders of the original PRWT even.

Then quoting the nullification of the RMC deal makes no real sense here. It was hardly PRWT/PABN's finest hour. And it is not what was being talked about with respect to John's inexperience bringing a company public.

Dr. McCoy report to the Medical Bay. Emilg's analytical circuits are in bad need of repair.

I'm not sure what your two links have in common, or the point you're trying to make unless you're trying to suggest that RMC was the company that did not have a "clean" title. While it's possible, I don't think the conversation between the poster and Dave Williams was discussing RMC, rather PRWT/PABN. I suggest this based on this statement...

Dave said that there was still some work needed to be done on getting the name free and clear that is what the shareholder meeting is supposed to be about.

This post was prior to the shareholder's meeting in September. The meeting that was held to settle issues, to complete the RM between PRWT (Delaware) and PABN (Nevada).
