Trader Dave: I know you have been a big fan of CLFY for a long time, and you were obviously correct in your assessment so value your opinion, but 8 to 38 this fast seems like quite a jump??

Indeed. Consider how fast this market is growing. Think of how fast it might be growing if the Y2K issue didn't exist. What does that say for what kind of growth Clarify might be looking at in fiscal 2000.
There are many large companies now spending multiples of up to 5x for front office vs. what they spent for their ERP software.

Further, in the case of Clarify, these companies are actually implementing the software and getting tremendous value out of it. Companies like Microsoft, ADP, Motorola, Sprint, Xerox, Frontier, etc. are running massive call centers on Clarify technology. In my opinion, there are few, if any, software segments that represent the opportunity for long term continued appreciation as the front office market.

Investing in Clarify and Siebel represents one of the few no-brainers in the software world today...IMHO. Invest now, while the price is still reasonable.
