It looks like a good concept, but there is going to be some heavy competition from the likes of Al Copeland, founder of Popeye's, and World Wrapps. The first link is a rather dated article, but it makes me wonder why, with PepsiCo's involvement in Big City Wraps, that chain hasn't taken off in a bigger way? detnews.com alcopeland.com worldwrapps.com It will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
