Rob - You bought it because you believe that in the slightly longer term the market will prove you to be right, IMHO. Hey, everyone's in the same boat, but now there's three Wall Street powerhouses at the helm who've got a bunch of ridiculously overpaid brokers and research anal-ysts that will get behind the stock, (not surprisingly) right after the completion of the secondary... Why question your own posting of only a couple of days ago, where you correctly called almost the same pattern of underwriting in another issue? Me thinks it's time to check in to TJ Anonymous and take a slightly longer view...(ggg) We folks on this thread are so ridiculously ahead of the market that we keep fooling ourselves (myself included)... No one out there has ever even heard of Checkfree, and perhaps have only the vaguest notion of what an e-bill is, IMHO. How long do you think it took for ADP to capture and own the market for direct deposit for payroll...? Just a little more time.... rk
