I took a look at CBS.Marketwatch for insider selling, but there's not been anything reported since early March. So, I don't see anything there to be of concern relative to the large PUT activity.

Looked at NASDAQ Short Interest for VTSS as well, and only find a steady 1.8MM shares short for the last two months. We won't get June's figures for another week or so.

for the record, i believe VTSS 'only' has 100M shares currently authorized; roughly 76M are issued and outstanding as of mar 31, so a 2-fer-1 won't be that expeditious.

not that you wouldn't approve more shares, of course.
