Good question, Jim. I think the bottom line is, how long do you want to be in Atmel? As I've indicated previously, short term, 30; intermediate term, 40; longer term, 80 or higher. Those have been my parameters. But things could change quickly if 2Q earnings disappoint. Cheers/t
