This is great news about the financing I think! >Adair will have equity in all plants with Equity/Debt funding being organized through a major financial house in New York at this time.

Something doesn't seem quite right here. Mr. Pat M. Irani... Mr. Irani is an engineer by education having graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School Affiliate. I didn't know that the Harvard Business School had an "Affiliate" granting MBAs, so just for kicks, I decided to check the online Alumni Directory of the Harvard Business School itself. Guess what? Nobody by the name of Pat M. Irani is listed. Interesting, to say the least. Any thoughts? Razor
