This is my other web page and as far as I know anyone can pull it
up no matter what browser they use.
But on that web page I did not use frames to build it.

It doesn't make any sense to me.

yes, definitely keep two browsers loaded and ready. no reason not to, and many reasons in favor of, don't you agree? <g3>

and it pays off every now and then. netscape servers might bog down (there's a technical term for you) or they're doing system maintenance, and i can't navigate. and so it's hello ie4.0!

i just figured everybody does that. do you?
