Hi Dai & All, Been reveiwing this last NR. and something has been disturbing me. Couldn't quite put a fingure on it and got caught up in all the comotion. Now let me ask you this question, my understanding is that you hold approx. 10%+ of the company stock. That makes you a major shareholder. I own approx. 1 tenth of what you own. Now I take my share as serious as you take yours. You got in at 09 and I am in at a premium which means that if I got in where you did and spent the same amount of monies, then I would be sitting on a very large amount of share. So can you see where I am coming from. Now ALL, I've read and re-read this last NR. Now my understanding is that BETT isn't buying back company stock but ET&T is. IS that correct???? Now if ET&T is buying back 2mil share of BETT, there not buying it back. There buying it up. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG!!!!!!! ET&T is taking 2mil. share of BETT off the market. If ET&T owns 52% of BETT now, 2 mil. more shares will mean that they/he will own better then 60% of the company. I'm having a hard time digesting this. The way I see it, Tom might be entitled to his share of the profits and do his just rewards, but it sounds like to me that too much is not good for the rest of us. I like Tom but we are about to see another Ross Peroit. If he gets the next 2mil. on the profits he makes on the 52% he already owns, as shareholders, we are left out in the cold. The way I see it, Tom is trying to control the stock. That can cause serious ethical problems with the SEC. Any price movements could be contributed to insider trading and the stock could be suspended. Been there folks and it is not a pleasant scene. I still own stock that was over controled and doesn't trade anymore. I THINK THAT WE ALL NEED TO LOOK AT ET&Ts INTENTIONS HERE. IF THEY/HE IS TRYING TO CONTROL THE STOCK, THEN WE ALL NEED TO ASK QUESTIONS.???????? BIG QUESTIONS. Myself, I want answers. Real answers. Whats Toms intentions????? I think I know, but this is the wrong solution. Not a good idea if Tom is thinking about moving the stock because he owns it an then throw it out there for more then what it is worth. There is something here to inquire about and Tom needs to give answers. From ET&Ts point & BETTS. Food for thought. Not going to let this rest. Later, Ron
