Now they have applied to more but seem like approval is taken a bit longer than was expected. Well, that seems to be the natural order of things. Remember we are dealing with bureaucrats here.....applications get thrown on a pile and get looked at at their leisure. They aren't in a hurry, although the applicants might be. Been there, done that (in a different way). The applicants are at the mercy of whoever's inbasket the application just happens to land. Then of course, they go through them with a fine tooth comb....one little item not ticked or initialed...back it goes to the applicant, only to have the process started all over again. Its not easy. Its not fast. There is no short cut.
