I need help with an NT access problem:
I changed the C:\ drive permissions (to prevent a worm from erasing my files) as follows:
system, administrators, creator owner- full control
everyone- No access.
and rebooted, or tried to. No one can access the C drive including the administrators, from NT or DOS.
I'm told the Everyone includes the admins and owners (what a stupid way to write a system)so no one can access this drive forever...

Is there a way to unlock this drive without reloading the OS?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks DG
