My best suggestion is to ask Jon if he can sell you one retroactively with your system. He might just ship you one. Failing that, I dunno. I had a bunch of licensed unused copies myself, but I just donated them all to a charity. It's odd that the floppy version (three whole floppies) has decent help but the win98 version (and also win95 I think) doesn't. I haven't had any problems at all with my Plextor drive itself. Only with the CD utilities that came with it. They have now been consigned to utility purgatory, preperatory to being damned to utility hell. I should've sent 'em straight to hell based on their sins, but I believe in a little leniency.
