I just returned from the ANCR presentation at the Piper conference in Minneapolis and it was impressive. I must confess that I was thinking about selling some shares recently, but not now. Believe me this company and the stock has a lot more room for appreciation. Ignore the short term picture here while the stock builds a base because there is more to come. So many posts now here and on yahoo deal with minute to minute, day to day flucuations of the price and as most of you already know it is not that important when you look at the future. Also just about all of the technical analysis is completely useless. I have been around the market for almost thirty years, traders come and go, the big money is made by long term holders who have a time frame of more than a week or month. A few points from the meeting: 1) The SUNW contract was won on technical merit and evaluation, all the players were there and ANCR won. SUNW indicated that they were doing so much for this emerging growth company that they wanted to share in the future, so the warrant deal was struck and the stock closed at $7.30 on the first day of serious negotiations. Also SUNW went over there manufacturing setup with a fine tooth comb and were satisfied that ANCR could well satisfy their needs, not only the 100 million but anything they needed in excess of that. 2)Ken pointed out all their wins and spent sometime explaining the recent one with Gates Arrow(Consan) 3) Ken stated he thought they were number 1 in technology but on par with the competition in terms of software. They thought at first that the customers would have their own software all ready to go but that was mistaken. Now they have a new focus on software and have improved all aspects of it. He indicated that they were late in entering the SAN market and underestimated customer demands, that a great asic was not enough. But now he believes they are a year to a year and a half ahead in asic technology and used the example of their new 16 port switch all on 1 chip which is extremely fast. I recognized some of the 35 people who attended this presentation and talked to some of them about their views of ANCR, was pleasantly surprised. With IBM, HP, EMC,CPQ etc. still out there the future looks bright.

Company Press Release

Hitsgalore.com Files $20 Million Lawsuit
Against Internet Posters

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--
Hitsgalore.com, Inc. (OTC BB:HITT - news) today announced that it has filed a
Complaint against one identified
and five anonymous Internet posters for Libel, Tortious Interference With Business
Relations and Civil
Conspiracy in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The
Complaint, entitled
Hitsgalore.com, Inc. v. Janice Shell, et al., Case No. 99-1387-CIV-T-26C, seeks
damages in excess of Twenty
Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00).

The Complaint names Janice Shell, John Doe No. 1 a/k/a ''Paul Kersey,'' John Doe No.
2 a/k/a ''Mayor,'' John
Doe No. 3 a/k/a ''Mr. Pink,'' John Doe No. 4 a/k/a ''mshater,'' and John Doe Nos.
5-100 as Defendants
(collectively the ''Defendants''). The Complaint alleges that, beginning at least as early as
May 1999 and
continuing through to the present, the Defendants intentionally and maliciously published
and republished a
variety of false and defamatory statements about Hitsgalore.com in a nationwide
''cybersmear'' campaign on
electronic bulletin boards on the Internet maintained by Raging Bull, Inc. (''Raging Bull'')
and Silicon Investor,
Inc. (''Silicon Investor''). These statements either explicitly state or imply that Hitsgalore
has engaged in
illegitimate, illegal, dishonest, fraudulent, and criminal business operations, when, in truth
and fact, the
Defendants knew or should have known that such statements were false and libelous
per se.

Steve Bradford, the CEO of Hitsgalore.com, believes that it is absolutely essential that
all responsible parties be
held fully accountable for their activities, and this action is the first formal step for
Hitsgalore.com in taking the
offensive against those seeking to destroy the reputation, damage the market value of
the Company's common
stock and undermine the business affairs of the Company through anonymous posting
activity. Steve Bradford
stated that: ''the Company intends to issue subpoenas to Raging Bull and Silicon
Investor to ascertain the
identities of the John Doe Defendants, and to aggressively undertake discovery in this
case.'' The Company's
attorneys are also investigating possible defamation charges against David Evans, a
Bloomberg reporter, for
certain negative news articles which the Company believes are misleading in nature.

Jeanette Wilcher, the Trustee of The Life Foundation Trust with whom the Company
has various business
relations, stated that: ''I applaud, commend, and fully support the efforts of
Hitsgalore.com in bringing the
anonymous Internet posters to justice.''

The Company would also like to gratefully acknowledge the substantial assistance it has
received from various
persons throughout the country in investigating the Internet activity by the Defendants
and others, and
welcomes further contact from individuals with knowledge of this cybersmear campaign.

If you have any information which you believe would be helpful to the Company in
prosecuting this matter,
please contact Carl F. Schoeppl, Esq., or Daniel J. Becka, Esq., at Schoeppl & Burke,
P.A., the Company's

Nancy, Carole, Joan, et al: I am also a woman who has spent her every last available cent--plus some that weren't supposed to be available on ancr. I first bought ancr in June, '97, but I traded those shares. Then I bot at 11, 12, 10, and 8. Stopped buying and waited for a bottom. Began buying again in September, October, November, December '98. Added some dividend money from another account that I never trade in January. Sold another stock (that I really like, but is slower moving than ancr) in April or May. Bot more ancr!!! Now, no money left to spend. Encouraged my son-in-law to buy in January and had to listen to his telling me that "You are costing me money!" Now, he buys more without my even mentioning it. Got my sister to sell all her losers and buy more ancr, too. She first bot in '97 when I urged her to get some at 12!!! But good sister that she is, she bot again in April, May, and June.

Kerry, thanks for squelching some of the rumor-mongering.

Jim, thanks for the report from the meeting today.

Now, my name: Evy. It is short for Evelina, the name of my mother, grandmother, and great-grandfather's first cousin. This is somewhat important, for my great-grandfather's first cousin was the only one in the family who had any gold at the end of the Civil War. My great-grandfather told her that he would take care of her for the rest of her life (she was an orphan and the gold had come from her father) if she would loan him her gold so he could get back on his feet. From her loan, he amassed 33,000 acres of land. His descendants are living on his investments today. I often wondered why I could not do as well as he did--why I did not have the investment acumen he had. Now, I think I may have inherited a bit more of his sagacity than I previously thought!
