HB; I wish that chart were not so long term, at any rate it looks
like they have a little more than they did last July.
His historical out look may not consider that we have "many more"
mutual funds , about 4x easy than we once did.
And if each of them now holds 4% cash the total cash avalible
is more. I don't know how to figure taht but a shorter term
chart would likely tell us more and be easier to read.
--------------------
The cash will show up like it did last year, when the dollar
drops it's value ( on a global scale ) they use resevers to
buy stocks with the cheap dollar ( that they have gone short )
as they cover dollar short positions and it comes back up
they realize the extra gain in the stocks.
Note our market bottomed last year in conjuntion
with the Dollar.
-------------------
Not only did the money monkeys get it 8% cheaper..
Last month they were getting a 3% premium ,
the move from bottom to to top for them was
11% more than for the average american.
