STU: You can look at the CBOE site and see where the most open interest in the June calls & puts are. The point of maximum pain to the investor (beneift to the market maker) where the most calls and puts expire worthless is usually the point. Its not just manupliation but it appears that way in many instances. I haven't checked the open interest (I only own shares). The company's fundamentals are strong but it is part of the dot. index. So expect continued weekness as fund managers sell shares for redemption. Tim
