My only reason for my comment was that in my opinion, based on professional experience, markets in general are not as efficient as one might think, and that the absence of positive price action on VLNC's part is more a function of lack of attention and lack of hard news than the market discounting the potential of the company. And, FYI, my organization only manages fixed income investments; it doesn't deal in equities at all.
