And this light-volume action allows for wide price movement, even manipulation (though certain folks deny it, it IS occurring).

I think we're on our last shake-out cruise prior to the news we've been waiting for.

They wouldn't be hiring a high-priced MRP specialist unless the cost savings from efficient materials ordering would cover the cost of his hiring. (Otherwise, just over-order every quarter and be done with it.) That means they're on a big ramp to volume production right now. And they wouldn't be doing that if they didn't know they were going to get some big POs soon.

That is exactly right: "in [your] opinion." A fixed income view in an equity puzzle. Not very good dynamics.
