Hi Jorj.,

On the contria. Jorj.. This is not something that you have raised. This
is something new. Read the News. This has nothing to do with wether one
beleives in Tom or not. It has to do with business. It has to do with the
ability of a shareholder being able to sell their shares. Getting a right
price. For that matter getting a good price.

When a company or individual controls the price of the stock, you get what
they think you should get. NOT GOOD. What happens you remove the open
market. BETT right now should be selling in the 1 range. Look at where it
is at. The techs stink, the fundamentals are good. Ask yourself why???

Everytime this stock moves up, it is beaten down. Not because it is natural.
This stock in all aspects should be right now at the 2-3 level based on the
fundamentals alone. Ask yourself why????? BETT won't let it go there.

It is becoming that maybe Tom has a hand in this and if I find out that this
is being held down by the company, I will be the first to broadcast it. In
capital letters.

Let me remind you of this, everyone has an agenda. Tom is no exception.
I created my thread so I can make these kinds of posts. Open for discovery
and opinion. I try not to make these kinds of post on home posts because
folks take them the wrong way.

In most cases, post like this will put everyone on the defensive. No one
will look.

On my thread if I make this kind of post, hopefully folks will hunt and look
to see if I am right or prove me wrong. That is why it is there.

I'm looking for answers Jorj.. Give them to me. You've asked me before certain
questions. Now you are getting part of the answer.

Later,

Ron

>>>I do not understand the dilution discussion Scoob posted about
only new shares getting diluted?? Unless they are a new class, more
shares means each share gets diluted some in value unless the value
of the company increases at the same time proportionately.<<<

This is the way I took that statement:

Before Stock proceeds After

Cash 0 6,200,000 6,200,000
Other Assets 3,000,000 3,000,000

Total Assets 3,000,000 6,200,000 9,200,000

Liabilities 4,000,000 4,000,000
Equity (1,000,000) 6,200,000 5,200,000

Liab&Equ. 3,000,000 6,200,000 9,200,000

After the stock sale, the net book value would be $5,200,000 divided
by the shares outstanding including the new 10,000,000. The net
book value would be positive. Before the stock sale, the current
shareholders held a negative net book value in BETT. IMO The
current shareholders gain NBV through the stock transaction, while
the new shareholders' holdings are diluted due to the current negative
equity in BETT.

Let me know what you think.

Hi Jorj.,

I think that your misunderstanding my question. I am not questioning
Toms integrity. I think he is a straight shooter. What I'm questioning
is his intentions as far as ET&T buying up another 2 mil. shares when he
already has 52%.

Is it to pump capital into e-connect????

Is it to take a bigger control over the company?????

I mean what?????

I brought this up at the meeting about the share structure. Got a satisfactory
answer at the time and at that time there was nothing mentioned about
his intentions to buy up 2 mil. more shares.

All I would like to know is why????? Thats all.

Ron
