I think I am stupid!!! Ah HA! That makes sense and now that you spell it out to me again I recall you posted this info before. Thanks again! That does make sense. We have a negative value now because of debt exceeding assets but once we get the influx of new money from sale of the new stock we should have a positive value, correct? BUT...won't the new stock represent a new liability that will offset the new value injected into the company from its sale and thereby be a null effect overall?? I'm too dense for this numbers stuff. Hmmm...anyway it will dilute percentage of voting rights per share. But we are the minority anyway. Wish I could have at least gotten a proxy on the last vote to give the impression the company gave a damn what I thought. I understood Tom would have one sent to me but I just got a notice of the meeting and some company literature. Oh well...
