I have recieved with -ve cash balance. A negative balance is a credit to you. NOW did u get the allocation with $1000 cash or $2000???

T2, do you mean you are in the margin? Or are you basing it on a trade where the settlement hasn't actually taken the money yet? I have been allocated shares on the latter before. I think I got WITC that way. They seemed to be handing out WITC to anyone who would take it.
