I thought Wit went to lottery,, I didn't reply for CARI cause I don't think it will do much and most likely will be lower than the IPO price in 60 days.

I just got this Dear John from Wit and it states their still FCFS,

We were unable to allocate you shares in this offering and therefore your
conditional offer has been cancelled.

Wit Capital allocates shares on a first-come, first-served basis. However,
demand often exceeds supply. One or more of the following may have been a
factor:

1) your account did not contain the minimum $2,000 net market value in cash
or fully paid securities at the time the deal went effective
2) you did not reconfirm your Conditional Offer on a timely basis when asked
to do so by Wit Capital
3) you have flipped shares within 60 days of purchase (see our "flipping"
policy)

For a complete description of the allocation process, please visit the Rules
and Procedures section of our Web site (www.witcapital.com) and click on
"Purchasing New Issues".

I hold seven securities with WIT but have a negative -$800 cash balance. I do have a margin account with them, but I thought you had to have a positive cash balance to purchase IPO's.
