Am I wrong? I have been led to believe that Valence's patents would make it literally impossible for any other company to make these batteries without infringements.

"BTW, a friend who has been trying to accumulate stock was pleased to have a nervous seller or two. He didn't get as much as he wanted in the low 7's however. There is apparently too much competition for the low priced shares."

How many do they need? Only too pleased to help get them shares at the "low 7s." ; )
