s-1 was reviewed in 40 days and corrections/changes were required to be filed via s-1a. s-1a was filed in april, i believe, and was supposed to have been approved in 2-weeks. I have'nt heard anything since then. Dont know the status. If approved, dont know why they have not started the road show. Did'nt even realize that there was a quiet period AFTER the s-1a was approved. Quiet period is supposed to be DURING the filing period of S-1 and S-1a. Any SEC experts out there??
