GMGC needs some revenue ideas for MyTalk beyond just advertising. While the free model makes sense to ramp up scale, they need to offer premium services ASAP. Here are some possible options : 1. $10 a month for no voice ads when you access mytalk. 2. Limit length of voice messages that you can send free and for the above fee, get unlimited length. The biggest plus is likely to be the ability to cross-sell to MyTalk consumers other products - Portico, stock quotes/auction prices.
