The 60-day hold is what scares me on this one, Elroy...

...and not the long term prospects. I think it'll be a quality stock, but assuming that it prices at 24, I'm just not sure I'm comfortable with its 60-day appeal. Maybe Wit will spare me a decision on this one, too... <g>

im starting to agree with u....although i dont think we'll see much of a pop at the opening, in the long run ,it should be a great hold.... given that waterhouse has i believe 6 million accounts compared to egrps 1 million(ie-lisa dorsey), waterhouse should have a marketcap larger than egrp....but one thing egrp does have is name recognition...they have spent alot of dough marketing their company over last yr.
