wm, seems there are 4 things that will matter most to the consumer and not necessarily in this order : 1) secure system - without this the top artists will not participate except in sound bites so we buy a CD 2) sound quality - if you pay for it you want best quality sound available 3) speed of download to hard or zip drive then to a player 4) competitive pricing -
