The Thomson site shows the interest and the price at which that interest exists.

To my knowledge, Quote.com doesn't show you any of the institutional trades done through ECNs. So you're seeing a small part of the total picture if I can trust the Thomson info, which I do.

DIVX was put to death today. It appears that ATML manufactures 1 chip used in DIVX players. I wouldn't expect that to be a big deal. The death of DIVX implies the strength of DVD.

atmel.com is their description of the related chip.

So we've got reduced sales of 1 chip and, if stock bug is to be believed, selective disclosure by ATML to Analysts during market hours - exactly the behaviour frowned upon by Arthur Levitt, especially if it causes the stock's price to move.
