Jacalyn, Firstly I did not give your email address to Mike Langdon. You asked for it to be kept confidential and I respect that request. Secondly I have dug out the 60 page document that was issued at the time of the Super Phone takeover and it deals with the restriction on share sales. It is too lengthy to reproduce here but I will scan the relevant parts at the office tomorrow and email it to you directly. Perhaps you could then post it here for all to see. Kind regards Jonathan
