Thanks BW. Not sure what the hell happened, but I seem to have gotten through it, I was in the middle of re logging on and the old screen came up and had all the stuff for filling in the data.

They accepted it with all the usual warnings.

Has anyone received the Nasdaq Antitrust Litigation Settlement Claim mailing in the mail? Does anyone have any clue as to how much one can get back after the lengthly fill (as many line items to enter as the number of trades one had between May 1, 89 and July 17, 96)?

bw, I'm preparing for my first IPO at Waterhouse. I'm registered and they say the allocation is lottery fashion. Now,

1) when would I know if I'm allocated (the night before)?

2) How fast do I need to respond, is it first come first serve?

3) Would they tell you the number of shares one is allocated before the IPO actually trades in the market?

4) Do they check your cash portion of your total equity before deciding if one is to be allocated, even if one won the lottery?

TIA.
