6/24 was inferred from the 3 day settlement period (6/28 reported by the previous poster). I'm not sure how they will do on the cash position issue. Does cash need to be there when they price (so as to discourage giving shares to those with really no cash) or at settlement date (this will permit same day selling after IPO and would defeat the cash requirement of the IPO)? I don't have the answer but what do you know from Wit and why you think they operate in the same manner?
