To reiterate:

Darby McFarlane, Peter Janssen, Bruce Meyers, Mike Schonberg and an assorted cast of scumbag, flea-ridden stock promoters, shills and con-artists are behind this massive stock fraud with only one purpose in mind: to steal money from small investors. I don't know how to state it any clearer.

In your last post you make the following comment:

<<<Besides implying to every long term investor that he or she is an blind idiot.>>>

Perhaps I should make my position a bit clearer then....

Anyone stupid enough to purchase shares in the CCSI stock fraud is a blind idiot.

Eddy, feel free to forward my comments to Darby and her corporate counsel with my warmest regards.

<<All what Darby has to prove in court is that CCSI is not a massive fraud.>>

Just for the moment, I'll try to ignore what is probably the greatest "straight line" ever (in the comedic sense). But do you really think Darby wants to open all her files to prove that Bill is wrong? Don't forget, Bill would be allowed to do all kinds of discovery about company and personal finances that most companies, legitimate or not, would not like to have made public. So this isn't a simple matter, and I'm pretty confident that you won't see Mr. Wexler served with any court papers over his comments here.

And besides, Darby has enough cash flow problems, do you really want her to use all that hard-earned equity that she is paying 14 percent interest on to satisfy your thirst for revenge? Is that the best use of CCSI's money? I thought you cared about CCSI and would not want them to waste money on a lengthy and expensive lawsuit against someone whose comments you find distasteful. But maybe I'm wrong.

Eddy,

> All what Darby has to prove in court is that CCSI is not a massive fraud. <

Obviously you don't understand US libel law. It's not enough that it is a lie. Where public figures are concerned, you can tell all the lies you want, INCLUDING really nasty and harmful ones. The standard is malice. That's almost impossible to prove in a business setting where everybody is trying to make money at other people's expense.

> If Darby let's this go by she is consenting to Mr.Wexler's defamation and that means to me as an investor in her company that she and her company has something to hide and Mr.Wexler may be right after all. <

Which, of course, is what many of us have been saying all along. She doens't want to have to open her entire company to discovery by outside lawyers who -- as part of doing their job -- would be looking for ANY evidence of fraud.

To be honest, I wouldn't want to either. And I AM 100% honest. Doesn't mean the lawyers wouldn't find something to make it look otherwise...
