Jens: Some of that sounds familiar to me like "We are going to file with the SEC as soon as possible." plus other things. I've been there... I've been thru the FDA crap... The SEC filing ASAP crap... Yes, I've been there... There is also some other similar things in the Mar. 1998 PR that I recently saw... I've been there... How does it go... "Don't shoot until you see the whites of their eyes."? That's exactly how I feel... I've just added a third Hawk to the nest... Now, I have SIX eyes watching... I have just made a very positive decision: I will watch... ONLY WATCH... I will NOT do ANYTHING until (if ever) they are a REPORTING Company. Until then, they can say ANYTHING & it won't make any difference at all. You also have to realize that once they file, the past is gone (no recourse)... The record starts when they file... The past doesn't count. Why take that chance? Just wait... Jens, thank you! Joe

Funny how this stock is so predictable. Some people don't seem to want to listen to those who have been there in the past. But hey, what the heck do we know... the past is the past. Let's look at the future! It seems so bright ... Yeah right! Too bad Joe didn't buy some shares. If he was so convinced it was a new start why not take the plunge. Or even better why not wait to buy the stock before posting oh so many positive posts. Time will tell who is right or will it? I think we already know the answer to the latter. Kind Regards AK
