Dear Mr. Jacobs

I do not understand your response to my Off topic post. What is the P.V.C. that you reference? You seem to think that my post some how reflected negatively on Pyng. I did not see anything in the article that would even effect Pyng as what ever changes they make in the infusion bag itself will not change the effectiveness of the FAST 1 device. I am surprised that you would choose to comment on such a mundane subject that was posted as possibly interesting reading, when the more cogent questions regarding Pyng have not been answered.

Best Regards
Jack

Mr. Jacobs- Web page comments

The poster presentation looks very good. I am sure all of the thread members appreciate Pyng's inclusion of the poster on the website.

While reviewing the entire website again I did notice a couple of things that should be updated. I have listed them by page.

Home Page-
"-Marketing & Sales to Begin in 1998"

This statement while maybe if taken in a strictly literal sense may be accurate, but most investors visiting the home page for the first time doing due diligence would think it was misleading. It should be revised or omitted if the date of significant marketing and sales can not be reasonably estimated.

Company-
"....At that time, the Company's principal business was a molded plastic extrusion line operated by a subsidiary, Canadian Custom Profiles Ltd. The subsidiary has produced a positive cash flow ($300k - $400k) for the past seven years."

The statement that Canadian Custom Profiles has produced positive cashflow for the past seven years is not borne out by the financial statements. Although I do not have statements for all seven years the gross profit for CCP for the three complete years I have are:

1996- $80,659
1997- 71,129
1998- 47,834
1999 (six months)- 16,902 ( additional interest of $42425 was earned for invested cash from the issuance of stock)

While gross margin is not the only element of cashflow it is a quick back of the envelop way to discern that, the statement on the page is not consistent with the financial data. It should be deleted.

F.A.S.T. 1 Components

If the picture showing the components includes and labels the extractor as E. The explanation of the components on the left should also include the extractor.

Frequently Asked Questions

"Does the patient require a local anesthetic for the F.A.S.T.1TM system?

.....The procedure has not been performed on a conscious patient. However, doctors have suggested that if the patient were conscious, it might be as painful as hitting your shin on the edge of a table."

The F.A.S.T. 1 has now been used on a conscious patient so this statement should be revised to reflect the current data.

Intraosseous Infusion - A Bibliography

If you click on the Pyng at the bottom of the page it takes you to an old web page last updated on September 27,1997. Which states "Marketing & Sales to Begin in 1997".

This link should be revised to take you to the current home page and this page should be deleted.

I am not sure if Pyng's website is maintained in house or by a contractor. These are very minor changes that would avoid a major bad impression. I think that given the fact that hopefully the Discovery 99 Expo will result in a large volume of page hits to the Pyng site it would be important to make these changes before the June 24, 1999 meeting.

I know that you and all of the Pyng staff are busy doing things that will advance Pyng's goals. But most of the investors that you and Mr. Turner impress at the Discovery 99 Expo will visit the website while doing their due diligence and it would be ashame for them to see outdated information.

I hope that you will consider these changes.
