In the network memory area, it appears both emc and ntap have proprietary systems with significant switching costs, but neither had an approach that allowed them to be the sector's rulemaker Interesting point. But does NTAP really have significant switching costs (DownSouth, are you out there)? It seems to me that _because_ NAS is so easy and quick to set up, that may be a disadvantage in terms of holding customers. Hmmm..... Justin
