read:
"How come everyone are making I/O part of chips running
at 3.3V while the core runs at about 2V WITHOUT MAKING
DIFFERENT OXIDE THICKNESS FOR DIFFERENT CHIP PARTS?"

fart about how expensive it is to make.

<Do you know of any 2 Volt SRAMs?> They are getting close.
At least 2.5V SRAM are pretty common.
