Clinton Planning Encore to Kosovo WASHINGTON, DC - Calling the Kosovo campaign the "brightest hour of my Presidency", Clinton today announced that he was planning an encore. Clinton, who is viewed around the world as the 'Hero of Haiti' and the 'Conqueror of Kosovo', has his eye on several Third World hot spots. Apparently the nations/regions on the short list for receiving 'bombing intervention' include... 1. Micronesia, where it is reported that natives are resorting to violence in an attempt to settle disputes over ancient fishing rights. 2. Malawi, where competing tribes are hurling racial epithets at each other. 3. Antarctica, where polar scientists have been rumored to be quarreling over the validity of 'Global Warming'. The President has made it unequivocally clear to the people in these regions that they have been put on notice. Said Clinton, "They need to settle their differences according to our agenda or suffer the same fates as Haiti and Kosovo."
