You should know by now that if it is negative on RB, it is proclaimed fact and never researched. If it is positive on RB, it is ignored and passed off as hyping.

ZiaSun Files Lawsuit Against FinancialWeb.com
SAN DIEGO, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- ZiaSun Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ZSUN; www.ziasun.com) announced
today that it filed a lawsuit in Florida against FinancialWeb.com alleging defamation. The suit also names -Lynn Duke-, the author of an article published by

It appears that the link that you are looking for is not available. The Reporter publishes a weekly web update and they sell a daily paid subscription that is delivered via email. Note that the date on the article is June 16, 1999. The last update on their website was June 13, 1999. It looks like the article may be on their site for free come Sunday, June 20th.

Rather than be shrill in your approach, perhaps you might save yourself some embarrassment and wait until Sunday to see if they put that story on their site. Alternately, since you seem so anxious, perhaps you could contact them directly via email to get the verification you want. The address was in the story. Do let us know what you find, or you can wait until Sunday and I will post the article when I read their site. Good Luck.

Investors take a close look at Belize

A delegation of business and marketing experts from the United States recently visited Belize, seeking
information about the possibilities of developing an
international investment and marketing network that
could enhance the country's infrastructure and
economic well- being.

Led by Percy Duran, former president of the Board of
Public Works for the City of Los Angeles, the group
met with several of Belize's ministers and several
business leaders, discussing a variety of issues
including the potential to enhance Belize's
transportation, agriculture and tourism efforts.

The group members included public relations expert,
Joe Ortiz, president of JOA, Inc., a leading public
relations and marketing company based in Los
Angeles, and Walter Wiggins, CEO of JOA, Inc. The
tour was arranged and coordinated by local business
consultant, Bill Stuart.

Belize is a beautiful country, with beautiful people, that
represent such tremendous potential for growth and
prosperity, said Duran, who was a former director of
the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, and has
networked with many Caribbean and Latin American
countries. “We are so impressed with the heart and
soul and basic resolve of Belize citizens and the
government's efforts and willingness to promote Belize
into becoming a stronger player in the world's marketplace.”

The group met with the Hon. Maxwell Samuels,
Minister of Public Utilities, Transport and
Communications, and discussed the issues concerning
expansion and privatization of the Phillip Goldson
International Airport, and the potential to expand
Belize's rich agricultural resources. The group also met
with Belize officials concerning the country's current
sugar production efforts, and with local business
leaders to see how it could help them connect with
international investors and marketing specialists.

The group toured the Belize countryside as well as San
Pedro. They met with San Pedro Mayor Alberto
Nunez Sr. and local businessman, James Janmohamed,
President of Royal Palm Inn, Limited. The group also
met with other Belize business leaders, including
Development Finance Corporation Chairman Glenn
Godfrey and real estate developer Arnaldo Peña,
discussing banking and real estate development issues.

Ortiz, whose clients include many major U.S.
corporations - as well as President Bill Clinton's
brother, Roger Clinton - heaped praise on Belize's
government and business leaders for their vision of
Belize to become economically self-sufficient and a
world-class stop for tourists from throughout the
world.

“San Pedro is a beautiful jewel in the world-tourism
crown,” said Ortiz. “The willingness and enthusiasm of
Belize's government and business leaders to partner
with us in marketing and promoting Belize and San
Pedro to the international community is very exciting to
us.”

The business group plans to return to Belize soon to
continue a series of discussions with Belize government
officials and business leaders, to establish an ongoing
network with international investors and marketing
experts.

One of these efforts could result in the group inviting
Roger Clinton to visit and tour Belize in the near future.
